UNDG Membership Rules & Guidelines

1. Membership Eligibility & Registration

• Membership is only applicable to purchases made on the official website, official app, and UNDG-exclusive offline pop-up events. Purchases from third-party stores or other sales channels will not be counted.
• Each customer is allowed only one membership account. Creating multiple accounts may result in account suspension or membership termination.
• Membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
• UNDG reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke any membership at its sole discretion without prior notice.

2. Membership Upgrade & Spending Calculation Rules

2.1 Membership Upgrade

UNDG membership consists of four tiers. A customer will automatically become a Surface Member after their first purchase. Further membership upgrades are based on the spending amount within the current tier.

2.2 Spending Calculation Rules

UNDG membership upgrades are based on spending within the current tier, with the following conditions:

• Only the spending within the current tier is counted. Any excess amount will not be carried over to the next tier.
• The first purchase qualifies a customer for Surface Membership, but the amount spent on the first order will not count toward future upgrades.
• Only completed and non-refunded orders are counted. Canceled or refunded orders will not be included in the spending calculation.
• Shipping fees, taxes, gift card purchases, and applied discounts are not counted toward total spending.

Example 1: A customer is currently a Surface Member and needs to spend RM1,000 to upgrade to Basement Member. If they place an order worth RM1,200, then:
✓ RM1,000 will be used to upgrade to Basement Member
✗ The extra RM200 will not be counted toward Chamber Member upgrade
→ They still need to spend RM4,000 to upgrade to Chamber Member

Example 2: A new customer spends RM500 on their first purchase and automatically becomes a Surface Member. However, this RM500 does not count toward membership upgrades, so they still need to spend RM1,000 to upgrade to Basement Member.

3. Membership Validity & Renewal Rules

• Surface Membership is lifetime valid and does not require renewal.
• Other membership tiers are valid for 1 year. Members must meet the renewal spending requirement within the validity period, or their membership will be downgraded by one tier.
• If a Core Member fails to meet the renewal requirement, they will be downgraded to Chamber Member.

Example 3:  A Chamber Member spends only RM800 within a year, failing to meet the RM1,000 renewal requirement. As a result, their membership will be downgraded to Basement Member.

4. Membership Benefits & Usage

• Members enjoy birthday discounts, priority event access, and random perks. Benefits vary based on membership tiers.
• Birthday discounts are valid for one order only during the member’s birthday month and cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Priority event access is exclusive to Chamber & Core Members, allowing them to join UNDG events without waiting in line.
• Random perks are available for Basement Members and above and may include surprise gifts, exclusive discounts, or early purchase access. These perks are determined by UNDG.

5. Account Misuse & Fraud Prevention

• Any form of misuse, cheating, or exploitation of membership rules will result in immediate termination of membership.
• Sharing accounts, creating multiple accounts, or exploiting loopholes to gain unfair benefits is strictly prohibited. Violators may face permanent account suspension.
• If any violation is detected, UNDG reserves the right to revoke all acquired membership benefits without prior notice.
• UNDG will regularly review member activities and take necessary actions against suspicious behavior.

6. General Terms & Conditions

• UNDG reserves the right to modify, revoke, or terminate membership benefits, privileges, and qualification criteria at any time without prior notice.
• Membership benefits are non-transferable, non-resalable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• To the extent permitted by law, UNDG holds the final interpretation rights, and all decisions are binding.

1. 会员资格与注册

• 会员资格仅适用于在官网、官方 App 及 UNDG 专属线下快闪活动的消费记录。通过第三方商店或其他销售渠道购买的商品不计入会员资格。
• 每位顾客仅限注册一个会员账户，如发现多个账户，UNDG 有权暂停或终止会员资格。
• 会员资格不可转让，也不可与他人共用。
• UNDG 保留审批、拒绝或撤销会员资格的权利，且无需提前通知。

2. 会员升级与消费计算规则

2.1 会员升级方式

UNDG 会员共分为 四个等级，顾客 首次消费后 即可获得 地表会员 资格，后续会员升级取决于 当前等级的累计消费。

2.2 消费累计计算方式

UNDG 会员升级基于 当前等级的累计消费，但请注意：

• 消费累计只计算当前等级的消费金额，不会将超出部分带入下一级。
• 首次消费即成为地表会员，但首单消费的金额不会计入累计消费，升级至地下室会员仍需重新消费 RM1,000。
• 仅计算已完成且未退款的订单，取消或退款订单不计入累计消费。
• 累计消费金额不包括运费、税费、礼品卡购买金额及已使用的折扣金额。

示例 1：顾客当前为 地表会员，需要消费 RM1,000 才能升级至 地下室会员。若他下单 RM1,200，则：
✓ RM1,000 用于升级至 地下室会员
✗ 超出的 RM200 不会计入升级密室会员的累计消费
→ 他仍需额外消费 RM4,000 才能升级至 密室会员

示例 2：新顾客 首次消费 RM500，直接成为 地表会员，但这 RM500 不会计入累计消费，升级至地下室会员仍需再消费 RM1,000。

3. 会员有效期与续约规则

• 地表会员 为 永久有效，无需续期。
其他会员等级有效期均为 1 年，需在有效期内满足 续约消费要求，否则 等级将下降一级。
• 若会员未达到续约消费标准，则等级会下降一级，核心会员降级后会直接成为密室会员。

示例 3：顾客是 密室会员，但在一年内仅消费 RM800，未满足 RM1,000 续约条件，将被降级至 地下室会员。

4. 会员权益与使用规则

• 会员可享有 生日折扣、活动优先权、随机空投福利 等，具体权益根据等级不同而有所区别。
• 生日折扣 仅限 生日月的一笔订单，不可与其他优惠叠加。生日折扣将在生日月自动发放至账户，需在结账时使用，仅限一次。
• 活动优先权 仅适用于 密室会员 & 核心会员，可优先参与 UNDG 线下/线上活动，无需排队。
• 随机空投福利 适用于 地下室会员及以上，可能包含神秘礼包、专属折扣或早鸟购买权，具体奖励由 UNDG 官方决定。

5. 账户滥用与防欺诈措施

• 任何滥用、作弊行为或恶意利用规则 的行为，将导致 会员资格被立即终止。
• 禁止共享账户、注册多个账户或利用漏洞获取不正当权益，否则可能导致账户被 永久封禁。
• 若发现违规行为，UNDG 有权 撤销所有已获得的会员权益，且无需提前通知。
• UNDG 将定期审查会员活动，并对可疑行为采取措施。

6. 其他条款

• UNDG 保留随时 修改、撤销或终止会员权益、福利及资格标准 的权利，恕不另行通知。
• 会员权益 不可转让、转售或兑换现金。
• 在法律允许范围内，UNDG 拥有最终解释权，所有决策具有约束力。
